First Nakiri

First nakiri I’ve owned… the tsuchime finish is exquisite on this nigara. I’ve used it a couple of times and it glides through vegetables out of the box.

Nakiri virgin

I was previously a virgin to Nakiri Knives, as I’ve only ever used s**t kitchen knives. I am absolutely in love with the Niagara Hamono nakiri. The look. The feel. The cut. The little slice on my index finger. This knife isn’t here to F spiders, it’s a force to be reckoned with. Cannot be happier.
