Create a Chefs Edge account, it's free and you'll receive 100 bonus points immediately on sign-up. If you already have an account, you're already a member.
Points don't expire as long as your account remains active (at least one login or purchase per 12 months). We'll email you before any points are at risk.
Once you have enough points, log in and open the rewards widget (bottom-right on any page). Choose the reward you'd like — a $ off coupon or a 10% off coupon — and we'll generate a discount code to apply at checkout.
Yes. Points discounts can be applied to any order, including sale items, unless a specific promotion excludes them (we'll always make this clear).
Yes. Every reward is available both online and at our Perth showroom via POS — your points balance is shared across both.
B2B accounts have a separate pricing structure and is not eligible for the loyalty system.
