A 33cm nitrided carbon steel wok from Yoshikawa's Cook-Pal Ren line, made in Tsubame-Sanjo, Japan, with a detachable wooden handle and a fixed steel helper handle. The mid-size option in the range, it offers more cooking surface than the 30cm while staying light enough to toss one handed. The flat base sits stable and works on induction as well as gas.
