About This Product
A 30cm nitrided carbon steel wok from Yoshikawa's Cook-Pal Ren line, made in Tsubame-Sanjo, Japan, with a detachable wooden handle and a fixed steel helper handle. The nitrided surface is harder and more rust resistant than untreated carbon steel, so it takes seasoning readily and holds a patina longer. The flat base sits stable and works on induction as well as gas.
