Introducing

Suncraft

The Senzo line of Clad AUS10 knives are crafted by Japanese knife maker Suncraft, operating out of the well-known knife making city of Seki, in Gifu prefecture. The core steel of the Senzo Clad is the hardy AUS10, an extremely versatile stainless steel.

Blade Type

The Petty is a smaller utility knife, often ranging from 120-150mm. It is for fine dicing, mincing, and off-board work.

Steel Type

AUS8/10 are very hardy and durable stainless steels. They are of a medium hardness, therefore they are resistant to chipping and are less fragile than harder knife steels. Maintenance is easy for AUS8/10, just dry after use and store away from moisture. AUS8/10 has high chromium content, and will resist rust and patina.

Recommended Maintenance

· Store your knife in a dry environment away from leather pouches or any sources of moisture.
