    Suehiro Debado No.1200-SNE - 1000 Grit

I had previously used a cheap set of whetstones which I had brought from eBay and decided to get an upgrade. I messaged chefs edge on Instagram for a recommendation and this was what I was recommended with. I have been impressed with the quality of the stones from the first few uses of them. Despite the significant price jump on what I was using before I think this is the case of you get what you pay for. Thank you again for the great recommendation!
