Chan Chi Kee (also known as CCK) makes a wide variety of kitchen tools and utensils including some very cool and interesting cleavers. These Chinese cleavers feature excellent prices and are fun to own and use for all types of chopping and slicing. They are particularly well-suited for chopping large quantities of vegetables.

Blade Type

The Rhino Blade is a unique shape not seen anywhere else. It is a heavy duty knife for butchery tasks. Not recommended for bones, but joints etc are fine.

Steel Type

High-carbon steel made by Hitachi Metals in Japan. It has a fantastic edge holding ability, toughness, and ease of sharpening. It contains few stainless elements, and as such will develop a patina, and may develop rust spots if left wet after use.
