Introducing

CCK

Chan Chi Kee (also known as CCK) makes a wide variety of kitchen tools and utensils including some very cool and interesting cleavers. These Chinese cleavers feature excellent prices and are fun to own and use for all types of chopping and slicing. They are particularly well-suited for chopping large quantities of vegetables.

Blade Type

The Cleaver is the traditional chinese chefs knife of choice. It it weilded for almost every kitchen task. Beware of the difference between regular cleavers for meat and veg, and Bone cleavers.

Steel Type

High-carbon steel made by Hitachi Metals in Japan. It has a fantastic edge holding ability, toughness, and ease of sharpening. It contains few stainless elements, and as such will develop a patina, and may develop rust spots if left wet after use.

Recomended Maintenance

· Store your knife in a dry environment away from leather pouches or any sources of moisture.

· To maintain your Japanese knives’ sharp edge use a
