Chefs Edge is endeavoring to get the world’s best knives in our client’s hands. Due to the nature of our business Demand often is higher than supply. As such we are innovating the way we allow our customers to make sure they get the products they want.

Chefs edge will be integrating pre-orders on select products in our store. We have fantastic relationships with our suppliers which allows us to confidently allow our customers to pre-purchase for high demand products.

Below are some crucial terms and conditions to take into consideration when pre-ordering/pre-purchasing.

Terms and Conditions

• All pre-orders are paid in full upfront
• Once a pre-order is fully paid we will not allow refunds. We will look at store credit or product swaps on a case by case basis.
• The availability date is an estimation and as such we can receive products earlier or later than the specified date. Chefs Edge will endeavour to contact all pre-orders for all extreme time delays
• An extreme time delay is 4 weeks later than the expected specified date.
• If an item arrives early it will be shipped within 24 hours
• All items will be shipped within 24 hours of arriving at our warehouse.
